Here we have prepared specific instructory documentation, which will serve as technical guidance for several standard configurations of computers in your ICC. There is as well a section of technical forums, and tech articles created by Project Harmony tech staff. Another section, "News", will update you with any tech-related issues on regular basis.

Troubleshooting:
PH handles troubleshooting for the ever-growing AC2K/ASCP network in a number of ways.
Technical problems are reported and tracked. A PH listserve was created to ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently. Nearly 40 reports a re received each day. Many problems however are resolved on site by the center site staff. Their extensive training and daily practical experience provides them with the skills necessary to handle many technical issues. Problems that site staff cannot handle are referred to Project Harmony. Problems are often resolved remotely, either using remote management tools or through coaching site staff over the phone. Internet trouble is first checked remotely by PH and ISP technical staff and at times followed up by visits from the appropriate Regional Technical Coordinator. PH has hired and trained 11 Regional Technical Coordinators (RTCs). A majority of their work is to handle troubleshooting in their region. At times ArmenTel and/or ISP staff persons are needed on site. Technical trouble with equipment is checked on site by RTCs. If a solution is not devised during a RTC site visit, PH technical staff visit the site.

Technical Forums
Project Harmony has a separate space for message board (forum), where all ASCP Network schools can post their questions to PH staff, which are not only limited to technical issues, and receive appropriate answers. Here you can also find previously discussed questions that ever aroused your interest.
